My shopping habits are horrible ToT
Target is an evil place. I go there to get one thing and ALWAYS come out with a bunch of other things I did not need. So this time I go in for foundation powder and I came out with:
(1) eyeshadow brush - I do need this though
(2) dress - I have so many
(3) a shirt to layer with the dress - now I have bought an outfit
(4) boots - the darned things were $5.74 compared to the original $22.99...how could I NOT buy it.
Then I leave and realize I told my sister I would buy her hair clips, so I go toward Atlantic Square and go to the Korean store over there and get the clips. I told myself not to look at anything else, but alas, it was a lost cause. I came out with:
(1) a vest
(2) a cardigan wrap thing
(3) a top
And it was oh so hard to put down that other dress, but (a) I have no occasion to wear a gold halter dress and (b) I don't have the bust for a dress like that.
Let's not discuss how much I spent today. It was just fail all around.

BOGO
So, my friend was letting me know that Jamba Juice was doing a buy one get one free deal coupon thing [click here] and I read "BOGO" on the link. Now, I know this means "buy one, get one" (though it took me a while to realize that when looking at the Payless Shoes ads), but in reality, shouldn't it be "BOGOF"? When I read, "buy one, get one" I think, "yes, I am buying the one I am getting." Makes sense, but that is not what they are saying. There is no indication that I am getting a free one if I purchase one until I read or look at the coupon.
I think the problem for me is just hearing "BOGO" phrase because I know what they are saying, but adding that "F" just makes it more clear. Mind you, this is just my own thought and usually no one gets my thought process, but don't you think saying "BOGOF" is not only more clear, but it is funnier to say than "BOGO"? Therefore I think that is what they should change that acronym to because it is clear and makes me laugh.
